Description
Description
1926 was the twelfth series of the Rugby Union Five Nations Championship, following the inclusion of France into the Home Nations Championship in 1910. It was contested by England, France, Ireland, Scotland and Wales with each team playing 4 matches. Ireland and Scotland ended the tournament having won 3 matches and losing 1 match each meaning they were tied at the top. If Ireland had remained unbeaten in their final match against Wales, they would have walked away with the top position and the Grand Slam.
Heavy weight 100% cotton jersey in a soft durable 2 ply Combed Cotton. 270/275 gsm.
Fine gauge tight knit fabric that retains its shape when machine washed.
Made in Great Britain.
Machine washable.
